Shipping Policy
Shipping information
Production and dispatch
Production and dispatch timing depends on the product and its fulfillment location. Check the individual product page for any stated timing. If no estimate is shown, contact us with the product and your destination before ordering.
Delivery estimates
Transit time depends on the destination, carrier and dispatch location. We do not offer one fixed delivery window for every product or country. Any delivery estimate provided is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Shipping availability and cost
Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout for your selected products and delivery address. Review them before completing your order. If no option is available, contact us before ordering.
Tracking and questions
Use the Contact Us page for help with dispatch, tracking or delivery. Include your order number if you have already ordered, or the product and destination for a pre-order question.
