Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Custom Products

Because all our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. However, if there is a quality issue, we will always make it right.
